- Please note that time in transit does not include the production time, Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays.
Item/s may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days after receipt of merchandise, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Due to the nature of most of our products: personalized, custom made and made to order, no returns will be accepted without an RA number. Please note that item/s must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery date and received in original/saleable condition with original packaging within 14 business days from the receipt date. Item/s must be packed in a hard box to protect merchandise. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot credit you for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns sent in regular envelopes will be rejected and credit will not be applied. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Special Orders
- Personalized Jewelry
- Custom Orders
- Made to Order Items
- Items that have been stamped on, engraved or altered
- Items personalized incorrectly due to a customer error
- Items shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error - If the package is returned to us by the postal service, we can re-ship package, but it will be customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of re-shipment first.
- Items that show as delivered by the USPS - It is customer's responsibility to contact their local post office, inquire about the package and report errors made by the post office to USPS.
Eligible returns will be processed and credited within 14 business days of receipt.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. Processing of your order starts as soon as your order is submitted and while during processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, this is not guaranteed. All cancelled orders will incur a $1.00 cancellation fee for each item cancelled, which will be deducted from the refund. Please note, special and custom orders as well as personalized, stamped, engraved or altered jewelry orders cannot be cancelled.
