Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

 USPS First Class $3.95  3-10 Business Days after the order leaves our office
 USPS Priority Mail $7.05  2-5 Business Days after the order leaves our office
 USPS Priority Mail Express $36.00  1-2 Business Days after the order leaves our office
  • Please note that time in transit does not include the production time, Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:

We gladly accept exchanges: items can be returned for store credit or exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@themoonflowerstudio.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Due to the nature of most of our products, no returns will be accepted without an RA number. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be received in original/saleable condition with original packaging. Item/s must be packed in a hard box to protect merchandise. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot credit you for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns sent in regular envelopes will be rejected and credit will not be applied. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don't accept returns for refund or cancellations.

Please note, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Special Orders
  • Earrings
  • Personalized Jewelry
  • Custom Orders
  • Made to Order Items
  • Rings
  • Items that have been stamped on, engraved or altered
We cannot refund, cancel, replace or reimburse for the following items:
  • Items personalized incorrectly due to a customer error
  • Items shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error - If the package is returned to us by the postal service, we can re-ship package, but it will be customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of re-shipment first.
  • Items that show as delivered by the USPS - It is customer's responsibility to contact their local post office, inquire about the package and report errors made by the post office to USPS.

    Eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
